After law school, Saull returned to her roots and started Saull Law Offices, LLC in her home town of Upper Sandusky. She quickly emerged as a well respected litigator practicing in the fields of domestic relations law, criminal law and personal injury law. As the firm continued to expand, she set herself apart as a high-profile divorce Attorney and fierce advocator of children’s rights. Keeping in tune with her passion for people and advocating for personal rights and freedoms, Mrs. Saull defends the most serious felony and misdemeanors and has secured favorable outcomes for Felonies of the First Degree. Personal injury cases are one of her favorites as she always defends and the clients involved are the most in need of quality legal representation and guidance.
Mrs. Saull expanded the practice to include a full-service title company and Saull Law & Title was born in 2015.
The practice now has three locations, a satellite office and a Team of 14 professionals to meet your needs.
Mrs. Saull has been named Super Lawyer for those under 40, was Nationally Ranked in 2019 in the top ten for Criminal Defense Attorneys under 40 and has spoken at the Ohio State Bar Association on Divorce and domestic relations matters.

Ms. Sarah M. Walter joined Saull Law & Title on November 15, 2018. Ms. Walter brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise having worked for an established law firm before transitioning to Saull Law. Ms. Walter was admitted to the Ohio Bar on November 7, 2016, after graduating from the prestigious George Washington Law School in Washington D.C. While in college, Ms. Walter spent a semester studying in France and Burkina Faso where she broadened her horizons both educationally and professionally. Ms. Walter has experience in all facets of the law and focuses her practice on domestic relations, juvenile law, criminal law and general civil litigation. Ms. Walter adheres to an “open door” policy of communication and is available to problem-solve and troubleshoot with clients whenever needed. Ms. Walter is a member of the Galion City Civil Service Commission and a Board Member at Grace Point in Galion, Ohio. Ms. Walter is dedicated to her family and enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Mr. Douglas M. Morehart joined Saull Law & Title in February 2020. Doug has been practicing law for 33 years and brings with him a wealth of knowledge. Doug grew up in Upper Sandusky, Ohio and graduated from USHS in 1980. He then left for college to attend Miami University, and went on to law school at the University of Cincinnati. Doug received his BA in 1984 from Miami University and his JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1987. Most recently he has been working for a law firm in Cincinnati, where he has practiced for the past 25 years.
Mr. Morehart’s experience includes representation of employers and employees in all aspects of the employment relationship. Doug also has 25 years of experience in civil litigation, focusing on employment discrimination, civil rights, wage and hours, personal injury and commercial/contractual disputes. Doug was appointed class counsel in Chicago and Cincinnati representing thousands of employees, fighting for their rights under Federal discrimination and equal pay laws.
Mr. Morehart is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky, and he is admitted to appear before the Federal Court in the Southern District of Ohio, the Eastern District of Kentucky, the Northern District of Illinois, and the Sixth and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeal.

Attorney Joshua D. Clark joined Saull Law & Title on January 1, 2024. Mr. Clark brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. Mr. Clark was admitted to practice law in November of 2017, after graduating from the University of Toledo College of Law and a successful military career.
